Each month this practice publishes one analysis of the Sunny Isles Beach – Bal Harbour oceanfront corridor: a comparison between two buildings, a measurement convention that changes what a price per foot means, what twelve months in a building shows that no listing does.
The email names what that month’s piece examines and links to it. That is the whole of it. Nothing is withheld from the site for the email — the analysis is public either way, and the email is how you learn it exists without going to look.
